Limitations and Known Problems

We permanently try to improve and to fix known problems. Sometimes, however, this process needs some time, and this is why we'd like to inform you about known problems in this section of the documentation.

General

As like all database based applications, there is the possibility of data loss, if the computer gets turned off while the application is still running, in the case of power outage, or program crashes. Regularily create data backups, and always shut down the operating system ("Start, Shut Down") before turning off the computer.

•	As far as we know about those problems, we will list them in the "Known Problems" section below.

•	If you experience problems that are not listed in the "Known Problems" section, please contact our product support. If possible, please send sample documents that demonstrate the problems. We guarantee that we will handle your files confidently.

•	We can not guarantee that planned features will be implemented in upcoming releases. Planned features may be removed from the list. Planned features may be part of a major version update at additional cost.
