The Snippet Menu:

 

Contains all commands regarding Snippets. This menu is always active but some commands are deactivated when view 'Search' is selected. Then only commands for export, selection, open and save as are available.

 

Description of commands:

 

 

 

Creates a new Snippet.

 

 

Shows the dialog for loading a file to the current Snippet. While loading the current content is replaced by the content of the selected file.

Note: This command is not available for all Snippet types.

 

 

Saves the current Snippet to a file.

Note: This command is not available for all Snippet types.

 

 

For a Snippet of type 'File Attachment' or 'File Link' this command selects the file.

 

 

Opens the associated file for a Snippet of type 'File Attachment' or 'File Link' or opens the associated web site for Snippets of type 'Internet URL'.

 

 

Loads a Snippet from a data file.

 

 

Saves a Snippet (and all of it's childs) to a data file.

 

 

Moves a Snippet to it's parent Snippet.

 

 

Moves a Snippet as a child to the preceding Snippet.

 

 

Moves a Snippet up the line.

 

 

Moves a Snippet down the line.
